Sharp´s SH530U the first of many into local shores
The SH530U is the first of many smart phones to enter Malaysia said Sharp and Brightstar representative.
Its a case of too much is never enough and better late than never, Japanese electronics manufacturer Sharp and local mobile partner and distributor Brightstar said the recently launched SH530U is the first of many Sharp phones that will hit local shores.
While there has been no confirmation on dates and no model specified for release, Sharp and Brightstar has said that the line-up is expected to go public as early as November should all go well.
Unknown to many perhaps is that Sharp does have their hands in the mobile phone market mainly overseas especially in Japan. The SH530U (RM1,288) is the first of the company´s smart phone brand to be released in Malaysia.
Notable features of the Android 4.0 SH530U are its large five inch display and dual-sim capabilities. The screen´s resolution is however rather lacking compared to many other existing touch screen smart phones at a lower price.
